Welcome to Harmony Hubs, where you and your crew can experience Pluridian Music Festival in your own personalized, community-driven space. Whether you're looking to camp with your group or meet new friends, Harmony Hubs offer you a unique opportunity to design your festival experience.

 

Harmony Hubs are your portal to:

  • Luxe camping: Create your own custom group camp in a reserved spot

  • Camp with your crew, meet new festival friends, and build memories

  • BE the festival: Craft your own personalized space and vibe to share with fellow festival-goers

Camping Event

How to Start or Join a Harmony Hub

Follow these steps to create or join your Harmony Hub. Please note, Harmony Hub Group Camping Passes do not include festival passes and must be purchased separately.

 

1. START A HARMONY HUB CAMP

To start your Harmony Hub camp, the Group Contact must email info@pluridianfest.com with the desired Camp Name. Our team will then create a unique ticket link for your camp, which can be shared with your group members. Once your Harmony Hub reaches 15 members, your camp will be officially confirmed. If your camp does not reach the required 15 members by the cutoff date, the camp will be canceled.

 

2. JOIN A HARMONY HUB CAMP

If you are joining an existing Harmony Hub, you must purchase a Harmony Hub Member Pass using the unique link provided by the Group Contact or another member of the Harmony Hub. Group signups will close 1 month prior to the festival start.

 

3. CAMPING OPTIONS: PRIMITIVE OR GA PLUS

When contacting us to start your Harmony Hub, please indicate whether you prefer Primitive Camping or GA Plus Camping for your group. Keep in mind that everyone in your Harmony Hub will need to purchase GA Plus passes if your hub is located in the GA Plus area.

 

4. PURCHASE VEHICLE PASSES

If you plan to bring a vehicle, you must purchase a Harmony Hub Car Camping Pass for the Primitive Camping or GA Plus Camping hub you are joining. Please note that there will be no RV hookups this year. Primitive RV camping is allowed, and generators are permitted. However, preset RVs and preset tents will not be available. If you have already purchased a vehicle pass, please email info@pluridianfest.com to transfer it to the correct Harmony Hub.

5. FILL OUT YOUR HARMONY HUB CAMP APPLICATION

 

Once your group is ready, complete the Harmony Hub Application Form and select the camping area (Primitive or GA Plus) you prefer. This will ensure your Harmony Hub is set up exactly as you envision for the festival.   [HARMONY HUB APPLICATION]

Harmony Hub Guidelines:

Group Size: Minimum of 15 members to form a Harmony Hub.

 

Group Passes: Harmony Hub Member Passes do not include festival tickets. They must be purchased separately.

 

Camping Location: When setting up your Harmony Hub, ensure you select either Primitive Camping or GA Plus for the whole group. If you opt for GA Plus, everyone in the hub must purchase GA Plus tickets.

 

Vehicles: Primitive RV camping is allowed, but there will be no RV hookups. Generators are permitted. Ensure that you’ve purchased the appropriate vehicle pass for your Harmony Hub.
